ORDERING TERMS:
We offer a 10% discount on your entire invoice for PREPAID orders; (orders that are paid in full when placing order.)
We sell to qualified wholesalers with current, valid business license upon approval. Brick and mortar stores may be asked to verify address. Online stores are accepted upon approval. We do not sell to online auction sellers. Calico Closet current season designs may not be listed in online auctions, no exceptions.
Place your orders online, by phone, by fax, by e-mail or in our showroom.
MINIMUMS:
Minimum order is 3 pieces, same style in a size run. You are welcome to add more sizes to the run. Reorders are accepted at anytime during the current season. We can ship most order out between 2-4 weeks. There is no minimum on reorders for current season if we are able to fill your order.
PAYMENT:
Wholesale orders are cut to order. Cancellations must be made within 5 days. Immediate ship orders may not be canceled.
Our designs are not mass produced but cut to order. We will not start your order until we have your payment information on file.
New customers need to complete a credit card authorization form. A 20% deposit is required for NEW customers.
Deposits are not refundable.
Orders are to be paid in full before shipping by prepaid by company check, debit, Visa, MC, Amex or Paypal. We will charge your card for the balance at shipping.
Payment will show up on your credit card as "Designs By Vicki".
If you are paying by check, it is to be made out to Designs by Vicki.
Returns:
Each garment is inspected before it is carefully packaged. We are proud of the quality of the garments we sell. All sales are final and we do not give refunds. Customer satisfaction is important to us, if you have a problem with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to make an exchange for you.
Shipping:
Fall 08 begins shipping in June and will continue with immediates through November. The line of halter dresses ships year around for Cruise and portraits.
Spring 09 will ship start shipping January 1st.
We ship at the ground rate unless you need your order shipped sooner. There is a min. $10 shipping charge on all orders.
Other:
Your store will be listed on our website directory and we will also include the information we send to our client list. You will remain in the store listings if you are carrying a current or future line and your account is in good standing. If you have a website or phone number you would like added, please let us know.
Do you need a promotion kit? Just ask. We will provide you with glossy posters and photos at your request.
PRIVACY
We do not share personal information about you or your store to advertisers. We will not sell or distribute our mailing list with anyone.
